Eligibility for Returns
Accepted Returns:
Items with manufacturing defects.
Incorrect items were received due to a shipment error.
Non-Eligible Returns:
Minor color variations are caused by differences in screen resolutions.
Conditions:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
All original packaging, tags, and receipts must be intact.

Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions within 7 working days.
Return Guidelines
Damaged Packages:
If the package appears damaged or tampered with on delivery, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately with supporting photographs.
Packing Your Return:
Securely pack the item to avoid damage during transit.
Shipping Costs:
For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping charges.
For returns due to personal preference (e.g., item not liked), the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or related charges.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we inspect the returned item, you may choose from the following options:
Refund: Payment will be credited to your original payment method.
Store Credit: Receive credit for the full value of your return, which can be used for future purchases.
Note: Refunds and exchanges are subject to inspection and courier verification of the item’s condition.
Return Policy for Lehenga and Indo-Western Rentals
1. Return Timeline
All rentals must be returned within 24 hours of the rental period's end.
Late returns will incur a fee of ₹100 per day.
2. Condition of Items
Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
Damage such as tears, stains, or missing embellishments will result in a repair or replacement fee, as assessed by our team.
Normal wear and tear is acceptable.
3. Inspection Process
Upon return, each item will be inspected for damage.
Refunds for the security deposit (if applicable) will be processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.
4. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of ₹500 is required at the time of rental.
The deposit may be forfeited partially or fully in case of significant damage or loss.
5. Cleaning and Maintenance
Professional cleaning is included in the rental fee.
Please do not attempt to wash or alter the outfit yourself.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the rental date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the rental date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Important Notes
Returns or exchanges will only be processed if the item is in its original condition.
Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be initiated at the time of delivery to allow us to coordinate with the courier.
